Installation


For a reliable connection:

Strip the cable to the appropriate length.

Use a suitable heavy-duty crimping tool.

Ensure the crimp is secure and mechanically strong.

Connect the lug to the appropriate terminal stud.

Tighten the connection according to the equipment manufacturer's recommended torque.

Ensure the connection is clean and properly insulated.


Important


Do not rely on solder alone for a high-current battery cable termination. Proper mechanical crimping with an appropriately sized lug is recommended.
