Order Placement & Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Order acceptance occurs once your details are verified and the items are dispatched from our warehouse. High-value orders may require advance phone verification.

Warranty & Liability

• Solar panels, inverters, and batteries come with official manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims must follow brand service center guidelines.
• VoltPro Energy is not liable for damages caused by improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or electrical mishandling. We advise professional installation by certified electricians.

Customer Conduct

Customers agree to provide genuine contact numbers, valid delivery addresses, and honest feedback. Fictitious orders or harassment of courier personnel will result in account restriction.
